Russian Language Undergraduate Studies (RLUS) is a non-profitmaking educational charity, which arranges language courses for students of Russian at British universities during their year abroad.
The courses last from 3 to 9 months. RLUS also arranges a 3 week course each autumn for students at the end of their first year.
RLUS provides a choice of courses in Moscow, St Petersburg, Yaroslavl, Petrozavodsk, Tver and Volgograd.
Please note that RLUS only arranges courses between September and June and does not arrange individual tuition. There are other course providers available (although not via RLUS). You may want to discuss these other options with your RLUS Liaison Officer. An internet search would suggest a number of possibilities, one of which is Study in Russia. Their website is www.studyinrussia.co.uk. However, these other course providers are entirely independent of RLUS, and we can give no guarantees as to the suitability of these courses to your requirements.
There is currently a vacancy for a RLUS student representative in Moscow for the next academic year. Please go to the Job opportunities page for further details.
